We endeavour to supply all items displayed on this Website.
However, occasionally products are sold out, temporarily unavailable or discontinued.
If this problem occurs, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Boogie Woogie Doggie accept payment by Direct Debit or PayPal and Cash on delivery(COD)
-Direct debit and Paypal.
Payment must be received with your order.
No goods will be dispatched without confirmation of payment.
If for some reason, there is a problem processing your payment, you will be notified within 72 hours.
-Cash on delivery
Recommended for customers who don’t have a paypal account and prefer not to pay with bank transfer. This option allows you to pay for the goods, delivery fee and COD fee ($12.25) when you collect your delivery at the post office. Cash and EFTPOS are accepted.

All prices listed in this website are in Australian Dollars.
Boogie Woogie Doggie is not a GST registed business. All goods will sold will not incur GST untill further notice.
Processing of Orders
We only ship within Australia.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation of payment and are dispatched within 48 hours after that.
Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays, will not be processed until the next business day.
Normal delivery time is within 2 – 5 business days.
If there is a problem with processing your order, or if any further delays are expected, you will be notified within 24 hours.
Postage / Freight / Shipping
Boogie Woogie Doggie uses Australia Post for the dispatch of orders.
Postage is automatically calculated based on the weight of your total order.
Boogie Woogie Doggie does not currently ship internationally.
Our aim is to ensure all customers receive quality products. Should damaged or incorrect products be received simply contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist in rectifying the situation.
We cannot however offer refunds or exchanges should you change your mind or make the wrong selection once the order has been shipped. So please choose carefully.
If your goods do reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, a claim must be made in writing within 7 days from receipt of order/goods to email@example.com.Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
